• New International Student Move-In: August 17th
• First-Year Student Move-In: August 21st
• Returning Student Move-In: August 24th & 25th

Individual Early Arrival Requests

DEADLINE TO APPLY: AUGUST 13TH, 2025 ($25 extra if signing up after August 13th)

Residence Life is offering some opportunities for students living in campus housing this fall to return to the Â鶹ÊÓƵ Campus up to two days before their scheduled move-in date.  

Eligibility: 

1. are registered for the Fall 2026 Semester,
2. have made the required payments for the Fall Semester,
3. are not living in OSCA locations or off-campus, and  
4. have a special circumstance or are participating in a certain group/opportunity, making it important for them to be permitted to arrive earlier than the scheduled move-in dates.

Students who qualify may request to arrive up to 2 days before the date listed above.

If you are granted permission to arrive early, the daily rate will be $84/per night. 

If approved, some students may not be able to move into their fall room right away and may be given a temporary assignment until the scheduled move-in date.  It is likely that the temporary assignment will be a double occupancy room.

Students who arrive on campus without prior authorization will be charged $250/per night.

Department Early Arrival Request

Â鶹ÊÓƵ departments/offices needing student(s) to return to campus housing early should submit their request via this form. The fee for departmental early arrival per student is $42/per night. The deadline for departmental requests is July 31, 2026.
