Office of Residence Life

Housing Options

At Â鶹ÊÓƵ College & Conservatory, residential life is central to student development, fostering community, dialogue, and intellectual exchange. To support this, all undergraduate students are required to live in college housing (ResLife) or an Â鶹ÊÓƵ Student Cooperative Association (OSCA) co-op through graduation unless granted an exemption.

Graduate housing is not available.

Â鶹ÊÓƵ provides a diverse range of residential options designed to support students' personal and academic growth while fostering a strong sense of community. Our housing options include traditional residence halls, dedicated first-year halls that ease the transition to college life, dynamic living-learning communities centered around interests in languages, intercultural exchange, and other wellness community themes, as well as suite-style living, apartments, and private houses that offer greater independence. All Living-Learning Communities are open to all Â鶹ÊÓƵ students.

Some housing options have specific eligibility criteria. Students should familiarize themselves with these requirements to ensure they meet the necessary qualifications.
