The Alumni Travel Program is back! Join us again for unforgettable travel experiences beginning fall 2026.

Welcome to Â鶹ÊÓƵ’s alumni travel program, Obie Travels, where we bring Obies together to explore amazing destinations. Each trip is crafted to encompass unforgettable experiences with meaningful cultural insight. You will embark with a group of fellow Â鶹ÊÓƵ alumni who share your sense of discovery, love of learning, and travel. 

 

Upcoming Trips 

Cruise Spain, Portugal, and Morocco: October 16-25, 2026

Embark on a one-of-a-kind, eight-night cruise from Barcelona to Lisbon aboard a deluxe, exclusively chartered small ship, stopping to visit seven spectacular cities! Encounter Mediterranean Valencia, Moorish Granada and Tangier’s exotic Moroccan markets.

Village Life - Italian Lakes: April 17-25, 2027

One of the world’s most captivating destinations, northern Italy’s fabled Lake District beckons with its sublime vistas of shimmering glacial waters, soaring Alpine peaks and coastal villages.

  • Will Â鶹ÊÓƵ faculty members host or attend trips? 

    The first two trips in fall of 2026 and spring of 2027 will not feature Â鶹ÊÓƵ faculty as hosts or guest speakers, but we look forward to incorporating their involvement in future trips.   

  • Is the trip open to people beyond Â鶹ÊÓƵ alumni? 

    Yes! Friends and family of Â鶹ÊÓƵ alumni are welcome to join.

  • Is trip cancellation insurance recommended? 

    We strongly encourage you to purchase trip cancellation insurance. You can purchase directly with Gohagan when you make a reservation for one of our trips, or use your own insurance.

  • What happens if I need to cancel my trip?
