Student Publications
Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ students have many ways to share their ideas, opinions, creative and feature writing, and design and illustration skills through student-produced print and online publications.
The Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ Comics Collective (OCC)
The collective is a a group of cartoonists whose mission is to instill appreciation for comics arts at Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ and support student artists with resources, materials, training, printing equipment, and community.
In Solidarity
In Solidarity is Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ College’s biannual creative publication for and by students of color. In Solidarity publishes videos, music, photography, art, essays, poems, and short stories of all varieties and genres.
Plum Creek Review
Started in 1964, the Plum Creek Review is Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµâ€™s oldest literary and arts magazine. It is devoted to publishing as many different creative forms as possible, including, but not limited to, prose, poetry, plays, translations, artwork and photography.
The Grape (OGRP)
Published at Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ since 1999, the Grape serves as the alternative student newspaper. It was established as a counterpoint to Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµâ€™s paper of record, and seeks to include as many diverse voices as possible. The Grape is where art, politics, pop culture, student life, activism, and skepticism collide; it’s where articles that don’t quite fit in at any other publication come to find a home.
The Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ Review (ORVW)
The Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ Review is the newspaper of record for Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ College and the city of Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ, Ohio. Established in 1874, it has published continuously for 140 years, making it one of the oldest college newspapers in the United States. The printed edition of the Review is published every Friday during the fall and spring semesters, except during holidays and examination periods, with a circulation of 2,000 issues. The web edition is published online continuously.
The Synapse
In circulation since October 2011, the Synapse is proud to have provided a medium through which hundreds of students have been able express their scientific and artistic passions to the global community.
Wilder Voice (WV)
Wilder Voice is Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµâ€™s magazine for creative nonfiction and long-form journalism. Wilder Voice also publishes several short dispatches, one piece of fiction, and a smattering of poetry.
BIPOC Lenses
BIPOC Lenses is an Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ Student-run magazine that unites many different POC organizations under one publication to showcase the beauty, talent, and art that students of color create on campus.
