Biography

As the director for student affairs assessment, Nikita collaborates with the student affairs leadership team to lead a culture of assessment within the Division of Student Affairs. This includes regular program evaluation and data analysis, as well as engaging in division-wide planning efforts that align with the strategic priorities of the college. Prior to joining Â鶹ÊÓƵ, Nikita’s professional experience was in institutional research. She is passionate about supporting student outcomes and strategic planning through data-driven decision making.
