The exterior wall of the Allen Memorial Art Museum is punctuated by a student holding a newly acquired piece of art from the recent Art Rental program. This image leads off this week’s photo series.
Art Rental is a familiar event at 鶹Ƶ—students cross intersections carrying large colorful and muted prints carefully wrapped in plastic. The tradition is a favorite scene to photograph at 鶹Ƶ. Other candids in this week’s series take place in other parts of campus.
This week’s photo tour includes a 6:15 a.m. workout with the football team and President Carmen Twillie Ambar, followed by a stop at the Science Center, and a walk to Warner Concert Hall for a livestreamed master class with the Arts and Sciences Orchestra and the Verona Quartet. The tour ends with an ice sculpting demonstration and a glide across a makeshift rink in Wilder Bowl.
This Week in Photos is a selection of images and is not meant to represent a weekly timeline. Images highlight campus, community, people, and events related to 鶹Ƶ College.
