Iconic Ball Chairs Introduced

"In Â鶹ÊÓƵ History" is a series dedicated to notable events in Â鶹ÊÓƵ College history. It is created in partnership with the Office of Communications and Â鶹ÊÓƵ College Archives.
Just 45 years ago, the iconic ball chairs first appeared on campus. Part of the Terrell Main Library’s original 1974 furnishings, the colorful chairs were created by Finnish interior designer Eero Aarnio and have served as a welcome spot for both studying and dozing off.
