Â鶹ÊÓƵ Heritage Center has selected the Bonner Center for Service and Learning’s Community Service Work-Study Program (CSWSP) as the recipient of the Business Leader Service Award as part of its 14th annual Community Awards.

The 16th annual Dr. Seuss Day celebration will take place Sunday, March 1, from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Â鶹ÊÓƵ Public Library. The day will feature a variety of activities, crafts, and games, all with the purpose of inspiring children to read outside of the classroom.

Not yet sure how you to spend your summer? The Bonner Center for Service and Learning (BCSL) is looking for students to serve as President’s Public Service Fellows with nonprofit or public sector agencies in the city of Â鶹ÊÓƵ.

The President’s Public Service Fellowship will provide funding for Â鶹ÊÓƵ College students to work full-time during the summer with an Â鶹ÊÓƵ community partner on an intensive service project. The deadline for applications is 4 p.m. on Friday, March 14.
