Biography

James Fadden, joined the Â鶹ÊÓƵ team in February 2024, becoming the first director of transformation project management after a long career in higher education.

James is all about Â鶹ÊÓƵ’s future. His job is to oversee the transformation processes that help us evaluate the potential and risks of new programs and opportunities that will help Â鶹ÊÓƵ thrive as we approach our 200th anniversary in 2033!

Prior to Â鶹ÊÓƵ, James spent much of his career at Allegheny College as a leader of the library and information technology services team being responsible for day to day operations and college-wide projects. Now, he is helping Â鶹ÊÓƵ develop expertise and processes to pursue transformative opportunities that are critical to our long-term success.
