Biography

Charlie Frey-Méndez joined Â鶹ÊÓƵ in 2025 as a student success coach. In this role, he helps students make the most of their Â鶹ÊÓƵ experience by building on their strengths, offering support through challenges, and creating individualized plans for success both inside and outside the classroom.

Before coming to Â鶹ÊÓƵ, Charlie advised undergraduate and graduate students who were studying business at the University of Missouri, where he earned a PhD in higher education administration. His research focuses on the factors contributing to the academic success and retention of student-athletes.
