He chairs multiple committees at the Brookings Institution and holds key roles with numerous other nonprofits.</p> <p>Hymes is a double-degree graduate of �鶹��Ƶ with majors in <a href="/node/3371">mathematics</a>, <a href="/node/42011">music education</a>, and <a href="/node/3256">vocal studies</a>.
